Chef Michael Tuohy Opened Woodfire Grill Atlanta in 2002 to critical acclaimed. Featuring daily changing menus that worked directly with a network of local organic family farms. Dishes composed were seasonal, local and cooked over the signature Wood burning grill and rotisserie or, in the wood burning oven. Artisan Cheese cabinets, a clever well curated wine list and craft cocktail program were setting trends both locally and nationally. In 2008, Tuohy sold Woodfire Grill and moved back to his native California to work for Joie de Vivre Hotels.
